Albania, shipped from Prizren under CEFTA

Production: 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof, in Prizren.
Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days of transit to Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër and Elbasan, plus 2 to 7 days of customs clearance.
Shipping cost: Flat 5 EUR per parcel, free from 80 EUR of goods; import VAT is settled separately.
Payment: Cash on delivery, still more than half of Albanian online orders, plus Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
Currency and VAT: Prices quoted in euro; your bank converts to lek at its own rate. Albanian VAT is 20%, charged at import.
Support language: Albanian, written in the standard variety, plus English and German, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Customs and VAT, in plain words

CEFTA: no duty, 20% import VAT

Albania and Kosovo are both members of CEFTA, so goods produced in Prizren enter Albania free of customs duty. The invoice and the origin document travel with the shipment, so nothing holds the parcel at the border for a missing paper.

What remains is Albanian import VAT at 20%, calculated on the value of the goods plus transport and insurance. The de minimis threshold is around 22 EUR, so a 50-piece order is above it in practice. A company registered with a NIPT deducts that VAT in its return; a private customer pays it. Clearance usually adds 2 to 7 days to the transit time.

Customs duty: none, thanks to CEFTA and the Kosovo origin of the goods.
Import VAT: 20% of the value including transport and insurance, settled before delivery.
Clearance: 2 to 7 days; for a recurring order we can quote a delivered price with the tax handled.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Border, then your door
We dispatch to Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër and Elbasan. The carrier files the customs entry, the 20% import VAT is settled, and the parcel is then delivered to your address.

Ordering from Albania

Will I pay customs duty on stickers coming from Kosovo?

No. Kosovo and Albania are both in CEFTA, so goods of Kosovo origin enter without customs duty. Albanian import VAT of 20% on the value of the goods plus transport is still due.

How long does delivery to Albania take?

4 to 6 working days of production, 1 to 3 working days of transit, then 2 to 7 days of customs clearance. For a recurring order we plan the dispatch so the clearance falls inside a working week.

Can I pay cash on delivery in Albania?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available and remains the most common way to pay for online orders in Albania. Card and bank transfer work too; import VAT is settled with the carrier unless we agreed a delivered price that already includes it.

Do you answer in Albanian?

Yes, in standard Albanian, in writing and by phone. WhatsApp on +383 49 495 012 is the fastest channel; English and German are available as well.
