Production: 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof, in Prizren.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days to Podgorica, Nikšić, Bar, Budva and Herceg Novi, customs clearance included.
Shipping cost: Flat 8 EUR per parcel, free from 100 EUR of goods; import VAT is settled separately.
Payment: Cash on delivery and bank transfer are the habit, card payment is growing. Companies receive an invoice in euro.
Currency and VAT: Euro, used unilaterally in Montenegro, so no conversion. VAT is 21%, charged at import.
Support language: Croatian in writing, since Montenegrin is written in Latin script on the web, plus Albanian and English.

Customs and VAT, in plain words

CEFTA: no duty, 21% import VAT

Montenegro is a CEFTA member like Kosovo, so a parcel produced in Prizren enters without customs duty. The invoice and the origin document travel with the shipment.

Import VAT of 21% is calculated on the value of the goods plus transport and insurance, and is settled before delivery; a registered company deducts it afterwards. Because Montenegro uses the euro, nothing else moves between the quote and the invoice: no conversion, no exchange fee.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Clearance, then the coast
Podgorica, Nikšić, Bar, Budva and Herceg Novi are reached in 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, import VAT settled. For the summer season, order a few weeks ahead: production alone takes 4 to 6 working days.

Is there customs duty on a parcel from Kosovo to Montenegro?

No. Both are CEFTA members, so goods of Kosovo origin enter free of duty. Import VAT at 21% of the value plus transport is still collected before delivery.

How long does delivery to Podgorica take?

4 to 6 working days of production, then 3 to 5 working days of transit and clearance. For the summer season, order a few weeks before you need the goods.
