Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern all orders placed on premium-sticker.com operated by Premium Sticker, sole proprietor, based in Pristina, Kosovo (the "Seller"). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Products

The Seller offers custom-printed stickers produced from designs supplied by the customer (the "Buyer"). Each sticker is configured online: size, finish (matte vinyl, glossy vinyl, 3D resin), shape, quantity (50 pieces minimum).

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR), VAT included where applicable. The Seller may update prices at any time without notice; the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of confirmation.

Volume discounts apply automatically from 100 pieces, increasing in tiers up to 2500+.

3. Order placement

An order is finalized once the Buyer (a) confirms the configuration in the cart, (b) completes the shipping address, and (c) pays. The Buyer receives a confirmation email containing the order number.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that infringes intellectual property rights, is illegal, offensive, or technically not printable.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (where available), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available only in Albania and Kosovo. The Seller's team contacts the Buyer within 24 hours to confirm the order before production.

5. Production & delivery times

Production takes 4 to 6 working days from order confirmation (or from COD confirmation). Shipping then takes between 1 and 14 days depending on the destination zone.

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers (Posta e Kosovës, DHL, etc.) or customs.

6. Shipping

The Seller ships to: Kosovo, Albania, Switzerland, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world (on quote). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination zone.

7. Withdrawal — exception for custom goods

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83 article 16(c) (and equivalent national transpositions), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Stickers printed from a design supplied by the Buyer fall under this exception.

8. Quality & claims

If the delivered product does not match the order or has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days of delivery by email at [email protected], providing photos. The Seller will offer either a free reprint, a partial refund, or a full refund.

No claim will be accepted for issues caused by low-resolution source files supplied by the Buyer (below 300 DPI for raster images).

9. Intellectual property

The Buyer warrants that they own all rights necessary to reproduce the design (copyright, trademark). The Seller's responsibility is strictly limited to printing; any claim regarding the content remains the Buyer's.

The Seller may take photographs of finished stickers for portfolio purposes unless the Buyer explicitly opts out via email.

10. Liability

The Seller's liability is capped at the order amount. No indirect or consequential damage (loss of profit, image, opportunity) is covered.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Pristina, except where consumer-protection rules grant the Buyer a different forum.
