Count 4-6 working days of production plus shipping: 1-3 days to Kosovo and Albania, 3-5 days to the EU and Switzerland. Ordering two to three weeks before the event leaves room for the artwork round and for customs on non-EU routes.

50 pieces per design. A single order can hold several designs — for example wristbands for visitors and pins for the crew — each with its own quantity of at least 50, on one quote and one invoice.

Yes. We ship from Kosovo to our 11 core markets and beyond. Inside the EU and Switzerland, import VAT and duties are handled on the shipment; the shipping page lists what applies per destination.
