Payment: Visa and Mastercard through Stripe. Bank transfer on quote for businesses. Cash on delivery exists only inside Kosovo and Albania, so it is not offered on Croatian orders.

Croatia is in the EU, we ship from Kosovo

Premium Sticker produces and ships from Prizren, Kosovo. Croatia is a member of the European Union but Kosovo is not, so your parcel is a third-country import: it is declared at the border and Croatian import VAT of 25 % is charged on the value of the goods plus the shipping cost.

Since 1 July 2026 the EU no longer exempts small consignments from customs duty. A flat duty of 3 € per item applies to B2C consignments worth 150 € or less coming from outside the EU, in addition to import VAT; above 150 €, the normal tariff applies, and every consignment is declared item by item. This rule applies to all imports into the EU, whoever the seller is.

Import VAT: 25 %, calculated on goods plus shipping.
Customs duty: 3 € flat per item on B2C parcels of 150 € or less; standard tariff above that.
The carrier collects both on delivery and adds its own clearance fee. The amounts are set by Croatian customs, not by Premium Sticker.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Delivery to Croatia
Tracked parcel from Prizren, customs declaration on entry into the EU, then 4 to 7 working days to Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek or the islands. Import VAT and the flat duty are settled with the carrier on delivery.

Do I pay customs and VAT on a parcel sent from Kosovo to Croatia?

Yes. Croatian import VAT of 25 % is charged on the value of the goods plus shipping, and since 1 July 2026 a flat customs duty of 3 € per item applies to B2C consignments worth 150 € or less; above 150 € the normal tariff applies. The carrier collects these amounts on delivery and adds its clearance fee. A company with a Croatian VAT number reverse-charges the import VAT, so in the end it costs the business nothing.

How long does delivery to Croatia take?

Count 4 to 6 working days of production, which covers printing, contour cutting, resin pouring and curing, then 4 to 7 working days of transport: 8 to 13 working days in total to Zagreb, Split, Rijeka or Osijek. If you have a fixed date, tell us before ordering and we say yes or no in writing.

How can I pay from Croatia?

By card, Visa or Mastercard, through our payment provider Stripe. Companies can order on quote and pay by bank transfer against an invoice showing their OIB. Cash on delivery exists only inside Kosovo and Albania, so it is not available on Croatian orders.
