Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days, after 4 to 6 working days of production. Express transport available at checkout.
Shipping cost: EUR 9 standard, EUR 18 express, free above EUR 120 of goods.
Customs duty: Flat EUR 3 per item on B2C parcels of EUR 150 or less — the EU rule that replaced the duty-free allowance on 1 July 2026.
Import VAT: French VAT at 20 % on the value of the goods. Companies account for it directly on their VAT return (autoliquidation).
Payment: Card via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard and co-badged Carte Bancaire. Bank transfer against an invoice for business orders. PayPal is not offered.
Support language: French, in writing and on WhatsApp; the whole site is published in French. English on request.

Customs and VAT, in plain words

France, European Union

Kosovo is outside the European Union, so a parcel bound for France crosses a customs border and is declared on arrival. Nothing unusual happens: the carrier clears the parcel, presents the charges and delivers. You have no paperwork to file.

The rules changed across the whole EU on 1 July 2026. The duty-free allowance for consignments up to EUR 150 no longer exists, and a flat duty of EUR 3 per item is charged instead on B2C parcels at or below that value, on top of import VAT. We say so before you order, because custom-printed stickers refused at the door cannot be resold to anyone else.

French import VAT of 20 % on the value of the goods.
A company with an intra-Community VAT number accounts for that import VAT on its own VAT return under the French reverse-charge rules, so nothing is advanced to the carrier for it.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

Doming, relief, bombé — the French names all describe the same thing: a polyurethane resin poured by hand over a printed vinyl label and cured perfectly flat. One and a half to two millimetres of gloss that shrugs off UV, water, scratches and cleaning products.

How an order runs

Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Delivery to France
The parcel leaves Prizren with a tracking number sent by e-mail and reaches mainland France in 3 to 5 working days, faster with the express option. Import VAT and the flat duty are settled with the carrier on arrival.

Do I pay customs charges or VAT when the parcel arrives in France?

Yes, and it is worth budgeting for. French import VAT of 20 % is charged on the value of the goods, and since 1 July 2026 a flat customs duty of EUR 3 per item applies to B2C parcels worth EUR 150 or less coming from outside the EU. A company with an intra-Community VAT number accounts for the import VAT on its own VAT return, so the real extra cost is the EUR 3 per item plus the carrier's handling fee.

How long does it take to receive doming stickers in France?

Roughly 7 to 11 working days door to door: 4 to 6 working days of production, because the resin has to cure perfectly flat, then 3 to 5 working days of transport to mainland France. Express transport is offered at checkout. French printers commonly announce six working days of production and add their own delivery time on top.

How can I pay from France?

By card at checkout through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard and co-badged Carte Bancaire all work — or by bank transfer against an invoice for business orders. PayPal is not offered at the moment. Cash on delivery exists only in Kosovo and Albania.

Is there support in French?
