These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern every order placed on premium-sticker.com, operated by Premium Sticker, Prizren, Kosovo (the "Seller"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Products

The Seller produces custom stickers and labels from artwork supplied by the customer (the "Buyer"): resin-domed stickers (epoxy doming), round domed badges, and matte or glossy vinyl stickers (kiss-cut or die-cut). Each item is configured online: size, material and finish, shape, quantity (minimum 50 pieces per design).

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Volume discounts apply automatically by quantity. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Prices do not include any import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees that may apply in the destination country (see section 6).

3. Orders and artwork

An order is final once the Buyer confirms the cart, enters the delivery address and completes the payment (or confirms the cash-on-delivery option). The Buyer is responsible for the content and quality of the files supplied (resolution, colours, spelling). Colours may differ slightly between screen and print. The Seller may refuse any order that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, offensive or technically not printable; any amount already paid is then refunded.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout according to the destination:

Cash on delivery — Kosovo and Albania only. Our team confirms the order by phone within 24 hours; you pay in cash to the courier.
Card payment is currently not available online. For Switzerland, the EU and other countries, orders are paid by bank transfer on quote (contact us) — production starts on receipt of funds.

5. Production and delivery

Production takes 4 to 6 working days from order confirmation (and from receipt of payment for prepaid orders). Delivery times by zone are indicated on the Shipping page and at checkout: Kosovo/Albania 1-3 days, Switzerland and EU 3-7 days, other destinations up to 14 days. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Customs, import VAT and duties

Parcels are shipped from Prizren, Kosovo — outside the European Union and outside Switzerland. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery in the destination country and are borne by the recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise on the order summary. A parcel refused because of such charges does not entitle the Buyer to a refund of custom-made goods.

7. Right of withdrawal — exception for custom goods

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Custom stickers fall under this exception: once production has started, an order can neither be cancelled nor returned. Before production starts, the Buyer may request a cancellation by e-mail; any amount already paid is then refunded.

8. Quality and claims

Report any defect (printing error, damaged goods, missing quantity) to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with photos. After review, the Seller reprints the order or refunds it partially or in full. Statutory guarantees applicable to consumers remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

The Buyer warrants that he or she holds all rights to the artwork supplied (logos, trademarks, images) and indemnifies the Seller against any third-party claim. Manufacturer or car-brand logos are reproduced only for the Buyer's own use and under the Buyer's sole responsibility.

10. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Indirect damages are excluded, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of the Seller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and courts of the Buyer's country of residence.
