Shipping cost: 9 € standard, free from 120 € of order value.
Customs duty: 3 € flat per item on B2C consignments worth 150 € or less, since 1 July 2026. Above 150 €, the normal tariff applies.
Import VAT: 19 %, the German rate, on goods plus shipping. A business with a USt-IdNr reverse-charges it and recovers it through its VAT return.
Payment: Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, and bank transfer against an invoice for business orders placed on quote. We do not offer PayPal, Klarna or instalment plans.

Customs and VAT, in plain words

Germany is in the EU, we ship from Kosovo

Premium Sticker produces and ships from Prizren, Kosovo, which is outside the European Union. A parcel to Germany is therefore a third-country import: it is declared at the border and German import VAT of 19 % is due on the value of the goods plus the shipping cost.

Since 1 July 2026 the EU has removed the customs exemption for consignments below 150 €. A flat duty of 3 € per item applies to B2C consignments worth 150 € or less, on top of import VAT; above 150 €, the normal tariff applies, and every consignment is declared item by item. This rule applies to all imports into the EU, whoever the seller is.

Customs duty: 3 € flat per item on B2C parcels of 150 € or less; standard tariff above that.
The carrier collects both on delivery and adds its own clearance fee. The amounts are set by German customs, not by Premium Sticker.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Delivery to Germany
Tracked parcel from Prizren, customs declaration on entry into the EU, then 3 to 5 working days to Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt or Stuttgart. Import VAT and the flat duty are paid to the carrier on delivery.

Do I pay customs and import VAT on a parcel from Kosovo to Germany?

Yes. German import VAT of 19 % is due on the value of the goods plus shipping, and since 1 July 2026 a flat customs duty of 3 € per item applies to B2C consignments worth 150 € or less; above 150 € the normal tariff applies. The carrier collects these amounts on delivery and adds a clearance fee. A company with a USt-IdNr reverse-charges the import VAT and recovers it through its VAT return.

How long does delivery to Germany take?

Production takes 4 to 6 working days, which covers printing, contour cutting, resin pouring and curing, and transport takes 3 to 5 working days: 7 to 11 working days in total to Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or Cologne. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before ordering and we confirm in writing whether we can hold it.

Can I buy on invoice, Kauf auf Rechnung?

Businesses can: ask for a quote, confirm it, then pay by bank transfer against an invoice carrying our company details and your USt-IdNr. Private customers pay by card, Visa or Mastercard, through Stripe at checkout. We do not offer PayPal, Klarna or instalment plans.
