Production: 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof, in Prizren.
Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days by courier to Prishtina, Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Ferizaj, Gjilan and Mitrovica.
Shipping cost: Flat 5 EUR per parcel, free from 80 EUR of goods. Express available on request.
Payment: Cash on delivery, the usual choice in Kosovo, plus card and bank transfer for companies.
Currency and VAT: Euro. Kosovo VAT is 18% (8% reduced) and is already included in the domestic invoice.

A domestic order: nothing to declare

There is nothing to declare. We produce in Prizren and ship inside Kosovo, so your parcel never crosses a border: no customs entry, no import VAT, no clearance waiting time. What the configurator shows, plus shipping, is what you pay.

For a company, the invoice shows Kosovo VAT at 18% and can carry your fiscal number, so the purchase enters your books like any other local supply. Only orders leaving Kosovo — Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, the EU, Switzerland — face import rules, and each country page explains its own case.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Courier across Kosovo
The parcel leaves Prizren and reaches Prishtina, Peja, Gjakova, Ferizaj, Gjilan or Mitrovica in 1 to 3 working days. The courier can collect the payment at the door.

No. We produce in Prizren and ship domestically, so there is no customs entry and no import VAT. You pay the price shown in the configurator plus shipping.

How long does an order take in Kosovo?

Count 4 to 6 working days of production after you approve the proof, then 1 to 3 working days of delivery. If your deadline is tighter, call +383 49 495 012 before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is the most used payment method in Kosovo and we accept it. Card payment and bank transfer are available too, and companies receive an invoice carrying their fiscal number.
