Production: 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof, in Prizren.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days to Skopje, Kumanovo, Bitola, Tetovo and Ohrid, customs clearance included.
Shipping cost: Flat 8 EUR per parcel, free from 100 EUR of goods; import VAT is settled separately.
Payment: Cash on delivery, used by roughly three quarters of local shops, card, or a euro bank transfer through SEPA since March 2025.
Currency and VAT: Prices quoted in euro and converted to denar by your bank. VAT is 18%, charged at import.
Support language: Macedonian and Albanian, English for business orders, on Viber or WhatsApp.

Customs and VAT, in plain words

CEFTA: no duty, 18% import VAT

North Macedonia and Kosovo are both members of CEFTA, so a parcel of Kosovo origin is not charged customs duty. The invoice and the origin statement required by the customs office travel with every shipment.

Import VAT of 18% is calculated on the value of the goods plus transport and insurance, and is collected before delivery. A company with a VAT number deducts it in its next return; a private buyer pays it. That tax is the only charge added to a doming order coming from Prizren.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

Poured by hand, a few hours from Skopje

Type «налепници со смола» in Cyrillic or «doming nalepnici» in Latin and you mostly find printers who do not pour resin, or shops in another country. We pour it ourselves, from 50 pieces, and the parcel reaches Skopje in 3 to 5 days.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.

Clearance, then delivery
Skopje, Kumanovo, Bitola, Tetovo and Ohrid are served by the same carrier: the customs entry is filed and the 18% import VAT settled before the parcel is handed over, 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Is there customs duty between Kosovo and North Macedonia?

No. Both countries are in CEFTA, so goods of Kosovo origin are duty free. Import VAT of 18% on the value plus transport is still due and is collected before delivery.

How fast can stickers reach Skopje?

4 to 6 working days of production, then 3 to 5 working days of transit and clearance. Tell us your deadline before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

How can a company in North Macedonia pay?

Cash on delivery, card, or a euro bank transfer: since March 2025 the country is part of SEPA, so a business transfer usually arrives the same or the next working day. We issue an invoice for your accounts.

Do you write in Macedonian?

Yes, the site is available in Macedonian. About a quarter of the population speaks Albanian, so we answer in Albanian too, and English is fine for business orders.
