Named with their written agreement

DAYSTAR, one of our recurring B2B customers, makes soap, gel and paper dispensers. Their brand mark used to be a flat printed label: it faded, lifted at the corners and had to be replaced during servicing.

We rebuilt the same artwork as a resin domed label, cut to the shape of the dispenser front. The dome adds thickness and a lens effect, the cured resin seals the ink, and the permanent adhesive holds on the moulded plastic front. The file is kept on record, so every new production batch reorders in one message.

Standard dispenser formats

These are the sizes we produce most often. Any other size between 10 and 120 mm is possible — send the surface dimensions and we will confirm.

Dispenser front label: 60 × 20 mm rectangle, rounded corners
Round brand mark: Ø 25 to 40 mm
Wide front strip: 80 × 25 mm
Equipment or machine plate: Up to 120 mm on the longest side
Build: Printed vinyl, contour cut, polyurethane resin dome
Adhesive: Permanent acrylic — plastic, stainless steel, coated metal

Curved fronts: a dome follows a gentle curve. For a tight radius, tell us the diameter and we will split the label.

The resin dome is the protective layer: it seals the printed vinyl under a hard, glossy shell, so disinfectant, water and the cloth never touch the ink itself.

Questions from hygiene and equipment buyers

Do the labels survive disinfectants and alcohol gel?

Yes. The cured polyurethane resin is the outer layer, so the cleaning product never reaches the print. Wipe with a cloth and a standard surface disinfectant. Avoid abrasive powders and solvent-soaked scouring pads, which will dull any glossy surface over time.

Can a domed label be applied to a curved dispenser front?

A dome follows a gentle curve without any problem. For a tight radius, send us the diameter of the surface: we either reduce the label size or split it into two smaller marks so the edges stay bonded.

What is the minimum order?

50 pieces per design. Below that we cannot cover setup and resin dosing. Several different designs can be combined in one order and one quote, each with its own quantity of at least 50.

Do you keep our artwork for repeat batches?

Yes. Once a batch is approved, the print file and the cutting contour stay on record. A repeat run is ordered by message or email, without redoing the artwork step.
