Switzerland is outside the European Union, so the EU reform of 1 July 2026, which ended the 150 € exemption and introduced a flat duty of 3 € per item, does not apply to a parcel delivered in Switzerland. Swiss rules apply instead.

Swiss import VAT is 8.1 %. It is collected only when the tax due reaches CHF 5, which corresponds to about CHF 63 of value including postage; below that the parcel comes in untaxed. Swiss Post adds a clearance fee of around 3 % of the value, and express couriers charge their own. Customs duty on printed stickers is calculated by weight and stays very small.

Buying as a company with a VAT number? Import VAT is reclaimed in your usual return, and a B2B purchase inside the EU is reverse charged. Shipping to the EU: since 1 July 2026 the 150 EUR duty exemption is gone, so a flat 3 EUR duty per item applies to B2C parcels worth 150 EUR or less coming from outside the EU, on top of import VAT. Switzerland: 8.1% VAT above roughly 63 CHF of taxable value, plus the postal handling fee.

How an order runs

Send your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF in the configurator, or attach it to a quote request. We check the file and rebuild the cutting contour if needed.

Approve the proof
You receive a mockup with the exact size, shape and quantity, plus the final price. Production starts once you approve it.

Print, cut, dome
Printing, contour cutting, then the resin is poured by hand and left to cure. Four to six working days in the Prizren workshop.
4
Delivery to Switzerland
Tracked parcel from Prizren with its customs declaration, then 3 to 5 working days to Zürich, Bern, Basel, Genève or Lugano. Swiss VAT and the clearance fee, when they apply, are settled with the carrier on delivery.

Swiss Post adds a clearance fee of about 3 % of the value and express couriers charge their own. Customs duty on printed stickers is levied by weight and stays very small. The 3 € flat duty introduced in the EU on 1 July 2026 does not apply in Switzerland.

How long does delivery to Switzerland take?

Count 4 to 6 working days of production and 3 to 5 working days of transport: 7 to 11 working days in total to Zürich, Bern, Basel, Genève or Lugano. Tell us your deadline before ordering and we confirm in writing whether we can hold it.

Can I pay with TWINT?

No. Checkout takes Visa and Mastercard through our payment provider Stripe, and companies can order on quote and pay by bank transfer against an invoice. TWINT, PostFinance and instalment plans are not available. Prices are shown and charged in euro, and your card issuer converts them to Swiss francs.

In which language will you answer?
