What are custom vinyl stickers?

They are adhesive labels printed with eco-solvent or UV inks on a polymeric vinyl film, then cut by a plotter along a path that follows your artwork. A protective laminate (matte or glossy) makes them resistant to water, sun and scratches, indoors and outdoors.

Our configurator traces the outline of your file automatically and lets you set the white margin from 3 to 10 mm — what you see on screen is the real cutline that goes to the plotter.

Files and print quality

The best results come from vector files (SVG or PDF): they are re-rendered at the exact ordered size, so lines and text stay perfectly sharp at 20 mm as at 500 mm. If you only have a PNG or JPG, export it at 300 DPI at the final size — the configurator measures the real density and warns you below 150 DPI.

Colours are printed in CMYK on white vinyl; very bright RGB tones (neon green, electric blue) are reproduced as closely as possible. Keep important text at least 3 mm from the cut edge and use strokes of 0.5 mm or more. Every order generates a print-ready PDF with bleed and the exact cutline, so what you approve is what the plotter cuts.

Applying and caring for vinyl stickers

Clean the surface with water and a little soap or alcohol, then let it dry completely.

Peel the sticker from the backing paper from one corner without touching the adhesive.

Position it, then press from the centre outwards with a card or a soft cloth to push out air.

Wait 24 hours before washing or taking it outdoors; the adhesive reaches full strength after 48 hours.

Vinyl or resin doming?

Vinyl is the right choice for large sizes, large runs, packaging and promotional stickers. When the logo goes on equipment, a key fob or a premium product and must look like a badge, choose resin doming (about +30 %).

Matte or glossy — which should I choose?

Matte hides fingerprints and looks premium on packaging; glossy makes colours pop and is best outdoors and for logos.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes. Printed vinyl with a protective laminate resists rain, washing and sun for 3-5 years outdoors.

Which file do I need?

SVG or PDF vectors are ideal. PNG or JPG work too — 300 DPI at the final size; we warn you below 150 DPI.

Can I order several designs?
