FAQ – custom stickers and resin doming

Resin doming covers a printed sticker with a clear polyurethane dome about 1.5-2 mm thick (max. 3 mm). It gives a glossy 3D relief, deepens colours and seals the print against UV, water and scratches. It is our speciality: logos on equipment, dispensers, appliances and round car badges.

Vinyl (matte or glossy) is best for large sizes, large runs, packaging and promotional stickers. Resin doming (about +30 %) is best when the logo must look like a badge and last outdoors: equipment, key fobs, premium products.

Vinyl stickers from 20 × 20 mm to 500 × 500 mm. Resin domed stickers from 10 mm to about 120 mm. Round badges 14, 16, 18, 20, 25 mm or any custom diameter.

Laminated vinyl lasts 3-5 years outdoors. Resin domed stickers last 5+ years: the dome is UV-stable, waterproof and scratch resistant, from -30 °C to +80 °C.

Measure the recess of your key fob. 16 mm is the most common; 14, 18 and 20 mm cover almost all fobs and steering-wheel centres. We cut custom diameters to 0.5 mm.

Clean the surface with alcohol, let it dry, peel the sticker, position it and press firmly for 10 seconds. Wait 24 hours before washing. Use on flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Yes, on quote. Each letter is printed, cut and domed on its own, then supplied on an application tape so the whole line stays aligned when you fit it. Typical uses: indoor signs, shop windows, door plates and reception walls. Send the wording, the letter height and the font through the Business page.

Yes, on quote. Holographic film is used for security seals, event passes and limited editions. It is not available in the online configurator yet, so ask for it through the Business page: tell us the size, the quantity (from 50) and whether you need numbering.

Yes, on quote. We apply the same resin dome to phone grips, pendants and keychains, pins, frames and silicone wristbands. These items are not sold through the configurator: send your logo, the quantity (from 50) and your deadline through the Business page and you get a price within 24 working hours.

50 pieces per design. You can combine several designs in one order, each from 50 pieces.

PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF up to 50 MB. Vector files (SVG, PDF) are ideal; for PNG/JPG use 300 DPI at final size — we warn you below 150 DPI and refuse below 72 DPI. Export .ai/.eps to PDF or SVG first.

Our algorithm detects the silhouette of your design and generates the cut path with a white margin you choose (3 to 10 mm). You see it live in the configurator, and the same path goes to the cutting plotter.

The configurator shows the real-size preview and the cutline — that is your proof. For B2B orders we can send a PDF proof or a physical sample (from 1000 pieces) before the full run.

Kosovo and Albania: cash on delivery. Switzerland and EU: card payment at checkout (Stripe) and bank transfer for business orders. No other method and no instalment plan are available.

We ship from Prizren, Kosovo, and our 11 main markets are Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland and the Netherlands. Other European destinations are possible on request. Delivery times and the customs situation of each market are on the shipping page.

We ship from Kosovo, outside the EU and Switzerland. For EU and Swiss deliveries, import VAT, duties and a carrier fee may be charged to the recipient on arrival. No charges for Kosovo and Albania. Business customers can ask for a DDP quote.

Custom-printed goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If there is a defect on our side (print, cut, dome, wrong quantity) we reprint or refund — contact us within 14 days with photos.
